Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with the Common Ground materials, we will refund the purchase price (not including original or return shipping). Please contact us by e-mail or phone prior to returning the product for a return authorization number. Product must be unmodified and in "like-new" condition to qualify for a refund.
